On October 9, 2026, Rikkei Global Summit 2026 (RGS26) was successfully held at Hilton Tokyo Odaiba in Tokyo, Japan, bringing together more than 1,000 attendees from approximately 500 businesses, partners, and international organizations. Under the theme “THE NEXT X – A NEW CHAPTER OF PARTNERSHIP,” the event marked the 10th anniversary of Rikkeisoft’s presence and growth in Japan, while opening up new directions in technology strategy and business cooperation between Vietnam and Japan.
Beyond reflecting on a decade of building capabilities and trust in the Japanese market, RGS26 also marked a strategic shift for Rikkeisoft: evolving from an IT services provider into a comprehensive technology partner, with AI at the core of its strategy and expanded capabilities across key technology domains. At the event, Rikkeisoft announced a comprehensive business cooperation agreement with LAC Co., Ltd. in cybersecurity and launched RK Global Cyber (RGC). The company also signed and announced multiple cooperation agreements spanning AI, digital transformation, Robotics, cybersecurity, and human resource development.
FROM A DECADE OF BUILDING TRUST TO BECOMING A COMPREHENSIVE TECHNOLOGY PARTNER

Established in 2016, Rikkei Japan began by providing software development services to the Japanese market. Over the past decade, Rikkeisoft’s operations in Japan have gradually expanded from resource provision and project delivery to consulting, AI solution development, and digital transformation support. This evolution has laid the foundation for the company to broaden its role, working with customers not only on technology implementation but also on addressing their business challenges.
Looking ahead, Rikkeisoft aims to become a comprehensive technology partner, supporting customers throughout the entire process, from understanding business needs and consulting on solutions to development, implementation, and operations. AI is at the center of this strategy, helping the company address real-world challenges more effectively and deliver tangible business value to customers.
To realize this vision, Rikkeisoft focuses on four strategic pillars: human resource development, AI, research and development (R&D), and mergers and acquisitions (M&A). People and AI form the core of this strategy, with an emphasis on developing a workforce equipped with strong expertise, creative thinking, and problem-solving capabilities, while building AI solutions tailored to real business needs. Meanwhile, R&D and M&A are expected to expand the company’s research capabilities, technological expertise, solution portfolio, market presence, and customer ecosystem.
Building on this foundation, Rikkeisoft continues to strengthen its capabilities in AI, Robotics, cybersecurity, legacy system modernization, and digital transformation. The company is also expanding solutions tailored to industries such as manufacturing, finance, real estate, and human resources. Retail is a particular investment priority, with AI and data expected to connect supply chains, streamline operations, and improve customer management.
Alongside its technology expansion, Rikkeisoft recognizes that people remain essential in the AI era, with professional expertise, creative thinking, and problem-solving capabilities serving as key competitive advantages. In the long term, the company aims to pursue an initial public offering (IPO) in Japan, with the further ambition of joining the Nikkei 225 index, while gradually establishing itself as a Vietnamese technology brand trusted and chosen by Japanese customers.
Sharing his vision for the next decade, Mr. Ta Son Tung, Chairman of Rikkeisoft, emphasized the company’s transformation from providing engineers to delivering expertise and AI-powered solutions. Through this shift, Rikkeisoft aims to become a partner that supports customers in technology, consulting, and business transformation, extending its contribution beyond project implementation.
ANNOUNCING COMPREHENSIVE BUSINESS COOPERATION WITH LAC CO., LTD. IN CYBERSECURITY

As AI and digital transformation reshape how businesses operate, protecting data, systems, and technology infrastructure has become increasingly critical. Cybersecurity is therefore one of the strategic areas Rikkeisoft is prioritizing for its next phase of growth.
At RGS26, Rikkeisoft and LAC Co., Ltd., a member of the KDDI Group, officially announced a Comprehensive Business Cooperation Agreement in cybersecurity and launched RK Global Cyber (RGC), a dedicated provider of cybersecurity solutions and services.
The partnership combines LAC’s cybersecurity expertise and experience with Rikkeisoft’s capabilities in technology solution development, implementation, and operations. The two companies aim to deliver comprehensive cybersecurity services to customers in Japan, while exploring opportunities to expand into Vietnam and the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region.
In addition to service development, the two parties will collaborate on cybersecurity talent development by connecting LAC Security Academy with Rikkeisoft’s university network, contributing to the training of engineers with specialized security expertise.
With Mr. Yasuhide Nakayama, former Vice-Minister of Defense, Vice-Minister for Foreign Affairs, and official at Japan’s Cabinet Office, serving as a strategic advisor, RGC aims to become a trusted cybersecurity partner for businesses in Japan and Vietnam, providing protection throughout the system lifecycle, from design to operations. The company also plans to integrate security into the system development lifecycle through DevSecOps, combining Japanese quality standards and requirements with Vietnam’s implementation capabilities and technology from international partners.
The partnership with LAC and the launch of RGC mark an expansion of Rikkeisoft’s cybersecurity capabilities. They also contribute to the development of a more comprehensive technology service ecosystem, addressing the increasingly diverse needs of businesses in the era of AI and digital transformation.
ADVANCING TECHNOLOGY COOPERATION BETWEEN VIETNAM AND JAPAN

In addition to announcing its development strategy and expanding its technology capabilities, RGS26 continued to strengthen connections among businesses, organizations, and partners in Vietnam and Japan through strategic cooperation agreements.
- Systems Development, AI, and Digital Transformation: Aidem, Honest, Mitsui Knowledge Industry (MKI), Sunloft, Densan System, Suntory Marketing & Commerce, and Odoo. Notably, Aidem and Honest have set cooperation targets of JPY 2 billion and JPY 1 billion, respectively, over five years.
- AI and Robotics: Jizai and Toa Soken Fund, with a focus on developing solutions in Japan and expanding opportunities in Vietnam and Southeast Asia.
- Cybersecurity: LAC Co., Ltd., strengthening cybersecurity service capabilities and specialized talent development.
- Training and Ecosystem Development: Vietnam Japan University (VJU), through cooperation on an “IT + AI” training program; and Vietnam’s National Innovation Center (NIC), promoting connections among businesses, talent, and technology in both countries.
These agreements not only expand Rikkeisoft’s partner network but also create opportunities to connect technological capabilities, human resources, and business opportunities between Vietnam and Japan. Through these initiatives, the company is gradually moving beyond a technology resource provider role toward working alongside customers and partners in researching, developing, and implementing solutions that address business challenges.
Building on the partnerships established over the past decade, Rikkeisoft aims to promote long-term cooperation models, strengthen connections between the two countries’ technology ecosystems, and create more opportunities for Vietnamese businesses to participate in global technology value chains.
BUILDING ON A DECADE OF GROWTH, OPENING A NEW CHAPTER FOR RIKKEI JAPAN

RGS26 also marked a leadership transition at Rikkei Japan, with Mr. Dang Thai Hoa succeeding Mr. Bui Quang Huy as Director, ushering in the next phase of the company’s development in the Japanese market.
In the next stage, Mr. Bui Quang Huy will focus on developing Domain–Business initiatives, which involve business development across specific industry verticals. Retail is one of the priority areas. In this sector, AI and data are expected to connect supply chains, operational activities, and customer management into an integrated system, helping businesses improve operational efficiency.
The leadership transition and the allocation of new development priorities build on the foundation Rikkei Japan has established over the past decade. They also create opportunities for the company to deepen its industry-specific capabilities, develop technology solutions tailored to market needs, and strengthen cooperation with customers and partners in Japan.
Building on this foundation, Rikkeisoft aims to pursue its long-term ambitions in Japan by continuing to enhance its competitiveness, develop its Vietnamese technology brand, and establish itself as a trusted technology partner for Japanese businesses.
CREATING THE NEXT CHAPTER TOGETHER WITH OUR PARTNERS

Rikkeisoft’s decade in Japan has been a journey of steadily building technological capabilities, expanding its partner network, and strengthening customer trust. The milestones announced at RGS26-from the vision of becoming a comprehensive technology partner and cybersecurity cooperation to strategic partnerships across multiple fields-a foundation for the company to advance its vision in the next phase of growth.
While RGS26 has come to a close, the journey of cooperation and growth continues. Guided by the spirit of “THE NEXT X – A NEW CHAPTER OF PARTNERSHIP,” Rikkeisoft looks forward to creating the next chapter together with its customers and partners, where technology, innovation, and long-term collaboration open up new opportunities for growth.
