At Rikkei Global Summit 2026 (RGS26) on October 9, 2026, Rikkeisoft signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Jizai, Inc. and the TOA Institution to establish a strategic partnership in AI and Robotics. The collaboration focuses on the joint development of software, AI models, and systems related to Physical AI (Robotics), while exploring opportunities to expand technology development and market presence across Japan, Vietnam, and Southeast Asia.
Leveraging Rikkeisoft’s Technology Capabilities in AI and Robotics
Under the MOU, the parties plan to leverage Rikkeisoft’s software development and AI capabilities at its development centers in Vietnam, including RikkeiAI, to collaborate on developing software, AI models, and systems related to robotic products. The collaboration also includes plans to establish an offshore software development framework.
In parallel, the parties intend to research market needs, conduct product trials, and explore distribution channels for Physical AI robots in Vietnam, with a view to expanding into other Southeast Asian markets. Technology knowledge sharing, engineer exchanges, and collaborative training programs to develop talent in AI and Robotics are also among the key areas of planned cooperation.
Advancing Rikkeisoft’s Role as a Comprehensive Technology Partner
The partnership aligns with Rikkeisoft’s strategic direction following a decade of growth in Japan: evolving from an IT service provider into a comprehensive technology partner. Beyond software development, Rikkeisoft aims to contribute to building and implementing technology solutions that address clients’ practical needs.
Through collaboration in AI and Robotics, Rikkeisoft seeks to expand its technology development capabilities while connecting resources and business opportunities across Japan, Vietnam, and Southeast Asia. This direction reflects Rikkeisoft’s commitment to exploring new technology opportunities and strengthening cross-border collaboration to address evolving market needs.
