Leveraging Generative AI and Global Talent to Advance Legacy System Modernization and Co-create New Businesses
Densan System Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Gifu City, Gifu Prefecture; Representative Director, President and Executive Officer: Yusuke Watanabe; hereinafter “Densan System”) and Rikkei Japan. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Bui Quang Huy; hereinafter “Rikkei”) announced that they signed a basic agreement toward a comprehensive business partnership on October 1, 2026.
The two companies entered into a non-disclosure agreement in 2022 and have since collaborated on SaaS-related operations support, development and maintenance, as well as the development of various business systems. Through this agreement, the two companies will work toward establishing a continuous and mutually beneficial partnership that leverages their respective strengths. With the aim of creating new business opportunities, driving technological innovation, developing human resources, and contributing to society, they will continue discussions and explore cooperation in areas including the application of technologies such as DX and AI, personnel exchange and development, and business expansion in Japan and overseas.
Background
As companies advance their digital transformation (DX) initiatives and generative AI becomes more widespread, there is growing demand for the creation of new services and businesses that leverage advanced technologies, including AI. At the same time, securing and developing IT talent to support these initiatives, as well as establishing the organizational structures required for domestic and international business expansion, remain common challenges for many companies.
Rikkei Japan is the Japanese entity of the Rikkeisoft Corporation, headquartered in Hanoi, Vietnam. It provides comprehensive IT services from upstream to downstream processes, focusing on IT consulting, AI and DX support, system development, and system integration.
To date, the two companies have built a relationship of trust through collaboration on the development of various business systems, adopting delivery models suited to each project, ranging from long-term on-site assignments to offshore development. In addition to Rikkeisoft’s strong technical capabilities, the two companies have recognized its ability to support projects as a whole through its Project Management Office (PMO) team, provide communication support, propose solutions such as productivity-enhancing tools powered by generative AI, and allocate resources quickly. In light of these strengths, the two companies have decided to develop their existing relationship into a comprehensive business partnership.

Overview of the Basic Agreement
The two companies will explore mutual cooperation, focusing on the following three areas.
1. Application of DX, AI and Other Technologies, and Business Co-creation
Co-creating new businesses through joint research and development.
2. Personnel Exchange and Development
Promoting exchanges among engineers and organizing joint seminars and training programs.
3. Business Expansion in Japan and Overseas
Developing new markets by leveraging their respective networks.
Future Developments
Initially, building on their existing collaboration, the two companies will focus on legacy system migration and modernization. By combining their knowledge and resources and leveraging technologies such as generative AI, they aim to jointly propose and provide support for the renewal and optimization of companies’ existing systems.
The collaboration will be advanced through information and knowledge sharing, regular discussions and reciprocal visits, joint proposals and projects, and exchanges of technology and personnel. Individual agreements will be concluded as necessary, with specific initiatives progressively developed and implemented.
