Welcoming Irv Rothman: The New Strategic Advisor at RKTech

Irv Rothman is renowned for his leadership at HPE Financial Services, a wholly-owned subsidiary of HPE. As President and CEO, Irv was pivotal in delivering tailor-made leasing, financing, and financial asset management solutions. His efforts significantly simplified IT lifecycle management for customers while effectively minimizing their total cost of ownership. HPE Financial Services is known for catering to a diverse range of client needs, from major corporate accounts to burgeoning small and mid-sized enterprises.
Prior to his tenure at HPE, Irv was the President and CEO of Compaq Financial Services Corporation (CFS). Under his leadership, CFS flourished from its inception in 1997, achieving a staggering growth with over $3.7 billion in total assets before merging into HP-Compaq.
Irv’s career, spanning more than five decades in the leasing industry, has seen him in key roles at U.S. Leasing International and Thomson McKinnon Securities. His journey took a significant turn in 1985 when he joined AT&T. At AT&T Capital Corporation, he was instrumental as a group president in developing the company into the second-largest leasing enterprise in the United States.
Irv is also the author of Out-Executing the Competition: Building and Growing a Financial Services Company in Any Economy. He’s filled the book with leadership techniques to help companies survive financial uncertainty and thrive in any economy. This book helps readers working at financial services companies and in other industries to construct solid businesses that can outperform their competition.
