Rikkeisoft Danang successfully hosted the “RIKKEI DANANG 10 YEARS GROWING FORWARD” event series to celebrate its 10th anniversary. Gathering numerous clients, strategic partners, and employees, the event marked a key milestone in Rikkeisoft’s expansion strategy in Central Vietnam.
A Proud 10-Year Journey of Growth
Recognizing the region’s IT potential, Rikkeisoft officially established its Danang branch on April 26, 2016. This decision was rooted in the strong work ethic, resilience, and drive of Central Vietnam’s workforce-qualities essential for delivering high-quality IT services to the Japanese market.
Starting in a humble 15-square-meter office with just 10 employees, Rikkeisoft Danang has achieved impressive growth over the past decade.
After surpassing 100 employees in 2018, the branch made a significant expansion by relocating to the Vietnam News Agency Building (81 Quang Trung, Danang). The simultaneous establishment of strategic software development centers laid a solid groundwork for rapid expansion in both scale and capability.
Prioritizing human resource development, Rikkeisoft Danang partnered with Duy Tan University in 2019 to launch the Vietnam-Japan Talented IT Engineer Program (RTEP). Concurrently, the branch expanded its network with major universities and educational institutions in the region to nurture high-quality tech talent and equip local students for the global market.
A major milestone occurred in 2022 with the establishment of Rikkeisoft Hue under the Danang branch. The addition of an English-speaking market division and the Rikkei Edu system in Danang created a diverse ecosystem, further strengthening Rikkeisoft’s presence in Central Vietnam.
The 2023-2025 period witnessed breakthroughs in scale and core competencies. Surpassing 400 employees, Rikkeisoft Danang shifted from traditional software outsourcing towards a “More Global” strategy. The branch successfully delivered million-dollar “Mega” projects using end-to-end, project-based models, solving complex technological challenges for major clients in Japan and the US.
Today, Rikkeisoft Danang stands as a core IT enterprise, actively driving the technological advancement of Central Vietnam.
A Decade’s Mark and the “Growing Forward” Aspiration
To commemorate this journey, the branch hosted the grand “RIKKEI DANANG 10 YEARS GROWING FORWARD” celebration. The centerpiece of the event included a Gala Dinner and a retreat at Ba Na Hills, alongside a series of highly engaging networking activities for clients, partners, and employees.
The past 10 years have laid a solid foundation, opening a new chapter with even more ambitious goals. With strong determination and proven capabilities, Rikkeisoft Danang is poised for further breakthroughs, elevating Vietnamese intelligence globally and fostering the sustainable growth of Central Vietnam’s IT industry.
