RKTech Welcomes Mr. Shoukat Ali Bhamani as New Advisor
Rikkeisoft is excited to announce the addition of Mr. Shoukat Ali Bhamani as an advisor to its subsidiary, RKTech. With over 25 years of experience in the Automotive and Manufacturing industry, Mr. Bhamani brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to the team.
Most recently serving as the EVP & Chief Technology Officer at Serta Simmons Bedding, Mr. Bhamani had a proven track record of driving growth and innovation. He successfully rebuilt the company’s direct-to-consumer engineering team and launched an eCommerce platform that propelled the company forward.
Prior to his role at Serta Simmons Bedding, Mr. Bhamani held the position of Chief Information and Digital Officer at Schaeffler Group for 15 years. He led a global team across multiple countries during his tenure, achieving impressive digital value through ROI-based digital transformation. He spearheaded the implementation of over 200 new IT solutions annually and transformed the system landscape to 100% SAP, optimizing processes and driving sales growth.
Before his time at Schaeffler Group, Mr. Bhamani held various business leadership positions at LuK USA, where he played instrumental roles in strategic planning, business development, R&D, project management, cost reduction, and process optimization. His exceptional leadership contributed to significant revenue growth for the company.
Mr. Bhamani has also been recognized for his achievements in the industry. He was honored with the CharlotteCIO’s CIO of the Year ORBiE Award in 2020 and was named Charlotte’s Top Technology Executive by HMG Strategy in 2019.
As an advisor for RKTech, Mr. Shoukat Ali Bhamani will represent the company to expand client networks and seize new business opportunities in the Automotive and Manufacturing sectors. His extensive connections and industry insights will be invaluable in driving growth and success for RKTech. Additionally, Mr. Bhamani will provide guidance and leadership coaching to RKTech’ and Rikkeisoft’s Board of Managers.
