RKTech Welcomes Mr. Charles A. Kush III as New Advisor

Mr. Charles Kush is RKTech’s new Board Advisor. He brings a wealth of experience transforming business objectives into results via forward-looking strategic planning and execution. Charles is recognized for his impressive depth and breadth of expertise spanning all aspects of operations, with special proficiency in digital marketing, e-commerce, omnichannel retail, and IT.

At the same time, he serves a Board Director on the Board of Directors of the Better Business Bureau Serving New Jersey, where he directs, advises, governs, and oversees the policies of the BBB, ensuring ethical business practices and marketplace trust.

In addition, he also serves as an executive management consultant and business advisor, where he provides thought leadership to analyze businesses, explain technologies, and make recommendations to maximize business growth for private equity, venture capital, and institutional investment clients. Regularly solicited as the go-to leading expert and top business advisor on acquisitions, investments, and turnarounds, he has successfully advised hundreds of business clients.

As Founder, President and CEO of CREATIVE PRODUCTS, Charles built and continues to foster year-over-year growth of a B2C ecommerce retailer and B2B digital marketing agency. He steers development of short- and long-range business plans impacting sales, marketing, and operations to capitalize on existing and emerging market opportunities, and cultivates relationships with vendors, suppliers, clients, and marketing partners.

Prior to his current positions, Charles served as the Vice President of Information Technology, Ecommerce for The Children’s Place, where he was recruited to lead the ecommerce technology function for a billion-dollar children’s apparel retailer, engaging teams in development and implementation of strategic projects to improve ecommerce functionality and interoperability within the enterprise.

Before joining The Children’s Place, Charles was the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Information Officer of eFashionSolutions, where he was sought out to direct and oversee business and technology operations for a leading supplier of ecommerce solutions serving the fashion and apparel industry.

At Beechwood Data Systems, Charles served as Program Director for the Northeast Region, where he led teams in designing and deploying telecommunications software solutions. He directed sales, marketing, and operations strategies to expand the practice and ensure effective management of existing accounts. Beechwood was successfully acquired by Capgemini during Charles’ tenure.

Another highlight of Charles’s career was his 7 years at AT&T, where his management skills were developed and honed. He established stringent standards and practices for software development, project management, and systems management to streamline business practices and realize significant cost reductions, earning him numerous prestigious awards and accolades.

Prior to AT&T, Charles served as a Manufacturing Project Engineer for ITT Avionics, where he directed the conversion of advanced military product designs into production, ensuring outstanding production quality to keep the US Military safe in combat and earning him two separate Presidential Citations for his work.
