RKTech Welcomes Himanshu Parikh as New Advisor
We are delighted to announce the latest addition to our esteemed team at Rikkeisoft, Himanshu Parikh, who has joined us as a Board Advisor. With an impressive track record of 25 years in the technology and retail industry, Himanshu brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our organization.
Himanshu’s career has been defined by his leadership and innovative contributions in various technology and executive roles. Notably, he served as the Global Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Foot Locker, where he was a member of the Executive Committee and played a pivotal role in reshaping the customer journey. Under his guidance, Foot Locker achieved significant milestones, including the implementation of headless commerce capabilities and the maximization of omnichannel capabilities through data-driven strategies.
Before his role at Foot Locker, Himanshu held the position of Vice President in charge of Digital Technology and later Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at The Michaels Companies, Inc. During his tenure, he was instrumental in driving digital solutions for eCommerce, CRM, mobile apps, marketing, and analytics, leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
One of Himanshu’s most notable achievements is his time as the Senior Director of Applications at Gymboree, where he played a pivotal role in doubling the company’s e-commerce revenue year over year. His leadership in implementing transformative technologies and strategies allowed Gymboree to achieve unprecedented growth.
Furthermore, Himanshu’s tenure as the Former CTO of The Michaels Companies, Inc. stands out as a testament to his exceptional leadership in the technology space, with a focus on driving innovative solutions for eCommerce, CRM, mobile apps, marketing, and analytics. His visionary approach implemented cutting-edge technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), in-store beacons, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Cloudera Big Data, and Adobe Analytics.
Himanshu Parikh’s deep understanding of technology, coupled with his extensive experience in leading digital transformations, makes him a valuable addition to the Rikkeisoft team. His expertise will be instrumental in helping us navigate the ever-evolving tech landscape and drive innovation within our organization.
As an advisor at RKTech, Himanshu Parikh will assume the role of expanding our clientele and investigating fresh avenues for business development. He is poised to play a pivotal role in identifying and promoting potential mergers and acquisitions, leveraging his extensive strategic expertise and industry knowledge. In addition, Himanshu will serve as a mentor and offer guidance to both Rikkeisoft and RKTech’s Board of Managers, ensuring they stay on the path of sustainable growth and progress.
