Rikkeisoft’s Chairman featured on CafeF e-magazine
On the occasion of Rikkeisoft’s 10th anniversary of establishment and development, Co-Founder & Chairman Ta Son Tung had an exclusive interview featured in the Digital Economy section in CafeF. He shared the perspectives of business leadership and administration and especially evaluated innovation in the ICT industry.
On the occasion of Rikkeisoft’s 10th anniversary of establishment and development, Co-Founder & Chairman Ta Son Tung had an exclusive interview featured in the Digital Economy section in CafeF. He shared the perspectives of business leadership and administration and especially evaluated innovation in the ICT industry.
Mr. Tung opened up about his period of studying abroad in Japan and his time working in Vietnam, the reason that he could make a decision with his team (the key leadership of Rikkeisoft now) to establish Rikkeisoft in 2012. Leading Rikkeisoft to become the first Vietnamese Venture expect to grow in Japan, Mr. Tung has some evaluations on the business and operation of ICT businesses in the global market.
“In every generation of information technology, we will follow the same ideals about nationalism, patriotism, and especially the position of the Vietnamese people.”
Rikkeisoft was founded with the mission of enhancing Vietnamese values, this ideal is even more evident in the goals that Rikkeisoft has set. Mr. Tung shared about helping hundreds of Rikkeisoft employees go abroad to offer job opportunities and change mindsets, establishing a subsidiary company Rikkei Academy to focus on training future technology engineering resources with a new approach.
“Vietnam’s image is much better than it was 10 years ago when I founded Rikkeisoft. Many companies are moving to the Japanese and American markets. For example, in Japan, if they want to outsource, they have thought of Vietnam,” he said.
