Rikkeisoft Paves the Way for Collaborative Excellence in IT Talent Development
To promote cooperation opportunities in the field of IT talent training and supply of high-quality IT human resources in the Japanese market, on July 24, 2023, Rikkei Academy welcomed a high-profile delegation led by Mr. TAKEBE Tsutomu, former Secretary General of the Liberal Democratic Party of Japan, Special Advisor to the Vietnam-Japan Friendship Parliamentary Alliance, accompanied by the delegation was also the Deputy Chief of Internal Affairs. Deputy Chief of Cabinet Office of Japan TOMITA Sho, Deputy Head of Japanese Embassy in Vietnam WATANABE Shige, First Secretary of Economic Department, Embassy of Japan in Vietnam and many other senior leaders.

On Rikkeisoft’s side at the meeting was the presence of Mr. Dang Thai Hoa – Deputy General Director of Rikkeisoft, and Mr. Nguyen Viet Lam – Deputy General Director of Rikkeisoft, CEO of Rikkei Academy.
At the meeting, Mr. Takebe Tsutomu shared his goals and wishes for promoting Vietnam – Japan relations in training and developing human resources, especially technology. Mr. Takebe Tsutomu also expressed his impression of the rapid development like Rikkeisoft, especially the high-quality technology training model of Rikkei Academy, where thousands of IT developers can be trained every year. Members and engineers in the field of software have good Japanese abilities and can fully meet the requirements of the Japanese market.

It looked forward to several training cooperation opportunities in the coming time, especially looking forward to the future. Rikkei Academy to be able to participate in the university education system.
Mr. Nguyen Viet Lam, Deputy General Director of Rikkeisoft, CEO of Rikkei Academy, also shared the development strategy and strengths of Rikkei Academy and expressed his desire to cooperate with Japanese enterprises to provide quality IT human resources, creating job opportunities for students in Japan. “We also carry out the mission “Everyone can code” that Rikkeisoft and Rikkei Academy have set out when developing their education ecosystem”, he said.

Besides the meeting, Mr. Takebe Tsutomu also had an intimate exchange with the students of Rikkei Academy. In the future, Rikkeisoft and Rikkei Academy will cooperate more with the Government, Embassy, and Japanese businesses.
