Rikkeisoft Bolsters Management Team to Achieve Ambitious 2024 Goals
In a strategic move to strengthen its management team and ensure the successful implementation of its key objectives for 2024 and beyond, Rikkeisoft’s Board of Directors has announced a significant reshuffling and the appointment of new managers across various departments, effective March 2024. This restructuring is part of Rikkeisoft’s ongoing effort to enhance its operational capabilities and support its expansion plans.
Rikkeisoft has appointed experienced leaders to spearhead two of its main software development centers. Mr. Tran Van Luat has been named the Director of Software Development Division 6 (D6), bringing with him a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success in the tech industry. Under his leadership, D6 is expected to scale new heights in software development and innovation.
In addition, Mr. Le Van Thanh has been appointed as the Acting Director of DG1 Software Development Division (DG1). Mr. Thanh is tasked with driving the division’s growth while maintaining high service quality and meeting customer demands.
Both appointees are responsible for overseeing all business activities within their respective centers, including promoting service excellence, managing and expanding the talent pool, and fostering a productive work environment.
Highlighting its commitment to human capital as the cornerstone of its development strategy, Rikkeisoft has appointed Ms. Nguyen Thi Hai Yen as the new Director of Human Resource Strategy. With over 12 years of experience in human resources within the information technology sector, Ms. Yen is well-equipped to lead Rikkeisoft’s efforts in enhancing its workforce both in quality and quantity.
Ms. Yen’s responsibilities will encompass managing the company’s human resources system, building a strong recruitment brand, and cultivating a corporate culture that aligns with Rikkeisoft’s core values and objectives. Her appointment underscores the company’s determination to attract, develop, and retain top talent, which is deemed essential for achieving its ambitious goals for 2024 and beyond.
With the purpose of providing maximum support for the operations of the production sector to ensure the IT infrastructure of the entire company operates safely and stably, the Board of Directors decided to appoint Mr. Nguyen Anh Tu to the position of Head of IT Department and ISMS. Mr. Nguyen Anh Tu will also be responsible for managing all activities related to Rikkeisoft’s information security activities.
These appointments reflect Rikkeisoft’s proactive approach to organizational development and its commitment to achieving excellence in all facets of its operations. By bolstering its management team, the company is poised to navigate the challenges of the rapidly evolving tech landscape while driving sustainable growth and innovation.
