Rikkeisoft Announces AI Research at International Scientific Conference FDSE
At the international scientific conference ‘International Conference on Future Data and Security Engineering (FDSE)’ held in Da Nang from November 22 to November 24, a representative from Rikkeisoft announced research on the application of Generative AI in human resource management. This solution has been published in SpringerLink, a leading global scientific journal.

With an input data source of about 30,000 job application files, the Generative AI system, developed by the Rikkeisoft team, provides in-depth analysis of both job descriptions and the resumes of applicants.
Deputy General Director of Rikkeisoft, Dang Thai Hoa, shared that through matching technology, AI technology can assess and rate the suitability of candidates based on work experience, skills, and the ability to meet job descriptions.
‘With traditional methods, recruitment decisions are somewhat influenced by biases, subjectivity, and inconsistent criteria. Now, the application of artificial intelligence will help increase objectivity and standardize the selection process,’ Mr. Hoa shared. This is equivalent to the analyses of recruiters. Companies save time and costs in recruitment campaigns, accelerating the speed and effectiveness of searching and attracting the right candidates.
AI technology is gradually changing traditional recruitment processes and bringing benefits to both employers and job seekers. According to a LinkedIn survey, in 2020, 56% of human resource companies were using artificial intelligence for recruiting talent, and this number is expected to increase to 77% by 2023.
With such a development trend, the research and development team at Rikkeisoft evaluates the commercial potential of this solution. ‘Currently, this solution is being internally used as well as applied to solutions for businesses and partners,’ said Mr. Dang Thai Hoa.
The International Conference on Future Data and Security Engineering (FDSE) is an annual and leading international scientific conference on Future Data and Security Engineering, aimed at researchers and scientists interested in advanced and practical activities related to data, information, knowledge, and security engineering.”
