Rikkei Digital collab with Billion Dollar Unicorn to provide next-generation digital workspace
To become APAC’s leading digital transformation technology consulting and solution provider, on September 30, Rikkei Digital (a subsidiary of Rikkeisoft) officially cooperated with Lark Suite (A subsidiary of ByteDance in Singapore) in providing the next generation of digital workspace services.

Rikkei Digital plays the role of consulting and reseller the Lark Suite for businesses in Vietnam and APAC, distributing the Lark Suite premium license (the highest version for businesses). As an ISV partner (independent software distributor), Rikkei Digital develops and integrates new applications on Lark Suite’s Open Platform and Marketplace.
Accompanying businesses on their digital transformation journey, Rikkei Digital is committed to increase seamless collaboration and work experience, allowing for scalability, integration and change readiness at optimal cost, security, and safety.
Mr. Ngo Minh Quan, CEO & Co-Founder of Rikkei Digital, said that this cooperation helps affirm Rikkei Digital’s technological capabilities and the desire to help 4.0 businesses increase the quality of work thanks to this digital space.
He said that this platform is considered a “next generation” digital workspace, because, unlike other discrete platforms, Lark Suite supports solutions to digitize processes. and approved within the enterprise, allowing enterprises to develop external services if they want to integrate. In particular, this new generation platform applies AI technology to increase work efficiency such as an automatic translation tool when communicating, reducing noise when meeting online, etc. As a result, costs are optimized to storage or bandwidth.

ByteDance is the world’s most valuable tech unicorn, with market valuation of $350 billion. As one of the subsidiaries of ByteDance, Larksuite provides a remote digital working platform with many special features compared to today’s digital platforms.
According to Gartner, digital workspaces enable more efficient and new ways of working; improve engagement and ease of access to information; make good use of customer-oriented technology applications. A digital workspace helps businesses increase customer retention by 4.5 times, improve productivity by 25%, increase customer satisfaction by 97%, and save 10% of working time per 40 hours.
A recent report by Fact.MR (market research firm) also predicts that the global digital space market will grow at a compound growth rate of 22.3% from 2022 – 2032 and be valued at a price of 250.2 billion USD. This shows that digital workspace has become the top concern of businesses for successful digital transformation. However, this concept is not very familiar to managers in Vietnam.

According to Mr. Ngo Minh Quan, the digital workspace must be a single, seamless system (one-stop hub) where employees in the enterprise can communicate, work collaboratively and perform their daily professions. A “standard” digital workspace has main components such as communication management (messaging, calling, conferencing), document management, knowledge warehouse management, basic administrative procedures (check-in, absence, create/approve requests, et), productivity management, and especially the ability to expand integration.
However, Vietnamese enterprises, especially SMEs, often use multiple different software, causing fragmentation in the system in terms of data and workflow operations. In addition, many software (for example chat software) are not specialized for work or personal use, which causes concerns about security.
In general, regarding the role of digital workspaces in digital transformation of businesses, Mr. Quan stated the improvement in employee experience and working quality thanks to focus and seamlessness is an important factor. most important. An effective digital workspace helps employees collaborate effectively by communicating without distance, and borders. Business professions and operations are digitized.
