These services provide a stable communication infrastructure for many households, and the company is committed to continuously improving customer satisfaction by providing high-quality services
The current system is being utilized for a range of functions such as product introduction, marketing, consulting, service registration/cancellation, and customer care. However, there are certain challenges associated with the project that need to be addressed, including:
- The user experience (UX) fails to align with customer expectations.
- The service delivery speed lacks flexibility and the registration process is time-consuming.
- Operational costs are high due to the multiple steps in the human process.
- Users face difficulties in selecting services.
The challenge at hand is to enhance the user experience (UX) and meet customer requirements. We aim to achieve this by improving the UX and understanding customer needs accurately, which will ultimately enhance the ease of use and customer satisfaction when providing services.
Moreover, the company prioritizes the acceleration of management processes, reduces operational costs, and automates performance aggregation and visualization of business processes to improve overall corporate performance.
We are also committed to providing users with more flexible service options, aiming to increase customer satisfaction by offering a range of services that meet their needs and provide them with more choices.
