Simon Cheng has over 25 years of information technology leadership experience in the transportation, financial services, healthcare, and telecommunications industries. Combining his business acumen with in-depth technical knowledge, Cheng demonstrates strong leadership with a proven track record in digital transformation and intelligent automation; enterprise-scale systems implementation, operations, and maintenance; product innovation and product portfolio management; customer relationship management; and organization and talent development.
As a business technology executive, Cheng had full P&L responsibility for his business unit, serving major customer accounts with a Total Contract Value (TCV) of $200M.
Prior to joining Rikkeisoft, Cheng was the Senior Vice President of Global Services at FPT Software, serving global strategic clients including Toyota Boshoku America, Honda North America, Visa, HSBC, and Santander NA.
Cheng was a customer of FPT Software for over a decade. He was the Executive Vice President of Back Office Systems, responsible for R&D, Product Engineering and Development, and Systems Integration in the electronic tolling and connected vehicle market space.
Cheng has a master’s degree in Management Information Systems and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Texas Tech University.
