The customer needs to develop an easy-to-use application that would enable its clients to quickly check on their vehicles under repair at the service station. Besides, they also can access invoices and other financial data or learn about current offers and promotions, etc.

Engineers at Rikkeisoft developed a mobile website that allows users to:

– Check the status of a vehicle under repair. The system features both corporate and individual accounts (with a possibility to manage multiple accounts)

– Access invoice information

– Get reference information (e.g., actions to take in case of an accident, how to use an automobile’s control panel, etc.)

– Get familiar with current offers and promotions

– Fill in a service request or a contact form.
