RKTech is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Ron Martino as Executive Vice President of Rikkeisoft and Chief Strategy & Business Officer of RKTech Corp. This appointment marks an important step in strengthening RKTech’s executive leadership as the company accelerates its global growth and strategic transformation.
Ron brings more than 30 years of leadership experience across the global technology and semiconductor industries. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President at NXP Semiconductors, where he led large-scale global businesses and played a key role in driving sustained, above-market growth. During his tenure, he held senior roles spanning business leadership, global sales, and executive management.
Prior to NXP, Ron held leadership positions at Freescale Semiconductor and IBM, where he was responsible for business management, research and development, and customer engagement across international markets. His career reflects a strong track record of building high-performance teams and leading complex global organizations through periods of growth and transformation.
Ron joins RKTech at a pivotal moment. With the backing of Sumitomo Corporation and recent strategic investments, RKTech is expanding its capabilities in digital solutions, AI services, and advanced engineering. In his new role, Ron will focus on shaping the company’s long-term strategy, unlocking new business opportunities, and strengthening RKTech’s global delivery and technology capabilities.
