Welcomes Mr. Mori Keiichi as Honorary Chairman of Rikkei Japan
Tokyo, Japan – March 3, 2026 – Rikkei Japan is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Mori Keiichi as Honorary Chairman of Rikkei Japan, marking a meaningful milestone in the company’s journey of growth. This strategic appointment was made during the 10th Anniversary Celebration of Rikkei Japan, underscoring the company’s strong commitment to leadership excellence and global innovation.

With over 30 years of leadership experience at Toyota and a major telecommunications corporation, Mr. Mori has held senior executive roles leading IT transformation, strengthening IT governance, and shaping global IT strategy and business operations. He has been instrumental in building and enhancing enterprise technology foundations by advancing network, mobile, security, and cloud capabilities, and by driving digital transformation (DX) with an emphasis on IoT and data centers.
Mr. Mori’s extensive expertise and strategic vision have been invaluable to Rikkeisoft and Rikkei Japan, contributing significantly to the company’s technological and operational evolution. In his new role as Honorary Chairman, he will continue to provide strategic guidance and support as the companies pursue new opportunities and accelerate their growth.

As the Honorary Chairman of Rikkei Japan, Mr. Mori will champion 03 strategic priorities:

Mr. Mori’s global relationships will support Rikkeisoft and Rikkei Japan in expanding strategic partnerships and business activities, particularly in North America and key regions in Japan including Kansai, Chubu, and Fukuoka.
2. Accelerating AI Collaboration and Modernization of Legacy Systems
He will support initiatives to connect with leading AI partners and promote innovation across Rikkeisoft’s technology ecosystem.
3. Advancing Corporate Governance and Brand Growth
Mr. Mori will contribute to enhancing internal governance systems in preparation for eventual IPO objectives, advising on joint ventures, M&A efforts, and strengthening brand positioning in the domestic and international markets.
