Ed’s illustrious career is highlighted by his tenure as the Former Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the Healthcare Division at NTT DATA Services, a global IT powerhouse with a staggering revenue of $22.7 billion. His strategic influence extended far and wide, focusing on remediating the operating performance of large healthcare payer accounts.

Ed’s role as the COO was pivotal in reshaping the company’s trajectory. He undertook the formidable task of overseeing all administrative functions and contact centers serving Medicare and Commercial members. As a Profit and Loss (P&L) owner, he spearheaded initiatives that propelled NTT DATA Services to new heights.

One of Ed’s standout achievements was developing the NTT Intelligent Automation service offering as part of the 2021 go-to-market strategy. This comprehensive platform not only delivered advisory and implementation services but also introduced a robust control and monitoring framework.

At Greenfield Hill Partners, he delivered operational excellence and business development solutions for clients in healthcare, outsourcing, and financial services. His engagements spanned interim CEO positions, M&A strategies, payer/provider operations, turnaround initiatives, and operating model design.
