Rikkeisoft Welcomes Mr. Olivier Kohler as New Advisor of RKTech
Rikkeisoft is excited to announce Mr. Olivier Kohler as the newest board advisor in our U.S.-based subsidiary, RKTech. With over 20 years of experience transforming businesses across multiple industries, he has become a seasoned professional with an impressive track record in global business leadership, enterprise strategic and digital transformation, operational management, software development lifecycle, and human capital management.
Most recently serving as the EVP and Chief Operating Officer at TriNet, Mr. Olivier was at the helm of a mission to empower business success through unparalleled HR services. With a clientele of 23,000 and 640,000 Worksite Employees, he led the company’s customer experience, product management, engineering, IT, security, and transformation sectors.
Before that, as COO of Bridgewater Associates from 2016 to 2018, Mr. Olivier not only led the support functions but also pioneered the transformation and digitization of the world’s largest hedge fund. His leadership resulted in a 20% reduction in OPEX costs and a revamped operating model, streamlining management layers and establishing a robust governance model.
Before his time at Bridgewater Associates, he was CAO and SVP at Cisco Systems for five years, where he ran the Global Business Services organization, oversaw an impressive team of over 2,000 employees, and managed a budget of $2.5 Billion. His commitment to enhancing customer, partner, and employee experiences led to a consistent increase in net promoter scores, client satisfaction, and employee engagement. Additionally, he spearheaded Cisco’s transformation agenda, which yielded a 2x to 5x annual return in value creation and efficiencies.
An undoubted highlight of Mr. Olivier’s distinguished career was his nearly 30 years at HP, where his outstanding leadership brought about a substantial revenue increase. His role as the Senior Vice President of Sales Operations saw him lead a 3,500-person team, achieving a 30% reduction in operating costs while transaction volume surged by over 20%. Later, as the Global Head and General Manager of Enterprise Strategic Alliances, he drove $9 Billion of partner sales and exceeded business objectives, achieving double-digit revenue growth for eight consecutive quarters.
Being an advisor at RKTech, Mr. Olivier will take on the responsibility of broadening our client base and exploring new business opportunities. He’s set to be a key figure in scouting and advancing potential mergers and acquisitions, using his deep strategic prowess and industry insights. Beyond that, Mr. Olivier will mentor and provide direction to Rikkeisoft and RKTech’s Board of Managers so that they will remain on the right trajectory of growth.
