With 15 years of experience in Software product and IT service sectors, Phan The Dzung is Chief Executive Officer of Rikkeisoft. He has a successful track record in managing Rikkeisoft to become a leading IT company.
Dzung is in charge of the company’s overall performance and is the leader of many Hitech-applied projects and business collaborations. At Rikkeisoft, his vision is to create the best-run company in terms of performance, systems, management, and talent. He helps Rikkeisoft embrace the philosophy of “We build people, people build business” and applies the “Three Giving” ideology of power, financial support, and knowledge.
From 2024 January, he passes the CEO baton to Mr. Dang Thai Hoa, with a firm belief that under Hoa’s leadership, Rikkeisoft is poised for dramatic growth and is on the path to becoming a billion-dollar company, listed on the US stock exchange in 2028. In his new role as Vice President, Dzung is now dedicating his expertise to the research and development of innovative technological products and solutions.
