From the moment Rikkeisoft was founded to this very day, our people have always driven the company’s growth. Without them, it would have been impossible to achieve this level of quality we are presenting to our global clients.
Nguyen Viet Lam focuses on building and maintaining Rikkeisoft’s culture by overseeing all aspects of Human resources. At Rikkeisoft, he leads people-centered activities such as hiring, training, professional development, and performance management.
He has contributed significantly to building corporate culture, a set of five core values of Rikkeisoft. He and Founding Board Members also realize the goal of raising Vietnamese values by training and leveraging generation of IT engineers.
