An expert in the IT industry with nearly 30 years of experience, Hoa ensures customer success with his technical expertise and dedication.
He was the former Vice President of Delivery of a 25,000-employee technology company, where he managed several strategic vertical businesses in Logistics, eCommerce, and CMS. With a strong background in delivery, he’s capable of setting up and managing large-scale offshore development centers, many of which are over 400 people, for oversea customers.
At Rikkeisoft, Hoa is the Chief Operations Officer and is responsible for delivery of world-standard services to global clients.
