RIKKEISOFT OFFICIALLY INTEGRATES AI INTO BUSINESS OPERATIONS FROM JUNE 1, 2025

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is witnessing a global surge, emerging as a pivotal force driving digital transformation across industries. In Vietnam, the adoption of AI is gaining significant momentum, particularly within the technology sector. Aligned with this trajectory, Rikkeisoft began piloting AI in early 2025 across various internal domains—including management, operations, and performance optimization.

After a successful trial phase demonstrating substantial improvements in productivity and product quality, Rikkeisoft will officially integrate AI into all business operations starting June 1, 2025. This marks a strategic milestone, underscoring our commitment to harnessing cutting-edge technologies to deliver outstanding value to clients and the broader community.

Our AI implementation policy is grounded in principles of transparency, accountability, and ethical integrity—ensuring that all applications of AI are responsibly designed and deployed. I. AI Utilization Policy

We position AI as a strategic enabler to enhance operational performance and service quality, guided by the following principles:

  • Responsible Data Usage: All AI-related data is strictly managed in accordance with our data privacy policies and client requirements.

  • Monitoring & Audit: We conduct regular monitor and audits to ensure compliance with internal policies. All AI activities are logged and traceable.
  • Incident Reporting: Any misuse or security breach involving AI must be immediately reported to the IT Department and Information Security Management Team (ISMS), following defined procedures.
  • Employee Training: All staff undergo mandatory training on responsible AI usage, focusing on data privacy and information security. Periodic assessments ensure continuous awareness and compliance.
  • Licensed AI Tools: Rikkeisoft utilizes enterprise-grade, licensed AI platforms to ensure safety and compliancefree or unsecured tools are not permitted.

  • Regulatory Compliance: We strictly comply with data protection laws and standards, including ISO/IEC 27001:2022, ISO/IEC 42001:2023, GDPR, and applicable national/international regulations.
